A few weeks ago we discussed artichokes here on the cookbook club. But since I just ran across this great video from Jamie Dean I thought I would share it with all of you! There is NO way I would go to all this trouble for just the artichoke heart, but I love eating the leaves with butter too! Its an odd vegetable but fun once in a while to add to a meal… or think to have them for an appetizer with a nice bottle of wine… either way I bet you will appreciate the cost of the packaged artichoke hearts next time you are in the store!
