Cookbook Club is seeing CUPCAKES making a huge resurgence!  Everywhere one looks nowadays there are new shops opening up that feature cupcakes.  You see ads on Craigslist offering to make cupcakes for you for special birthdays and events.  Cupcakes, cupcakes, and MORE cupcakes!

Well my daughter, Allison, picked up this wonderful book, “Hello Cupcake”, last year and made the corn on the cob cupcakes!  Absolutely everyone LOVED them!  Not hard to do, but made for not only a fun dessert, but centerpiece too!

If you haven’t tried your hand at making decorative cupcakes, give this book a look!  VERY clearly written, and utilizing items easily accessible to anyone, you can be making fun, fabulous cupcakes for YOUR family in no time at all!
